Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages and serve food products in accordance with our standards and customer needs

• Act with honesty, demeanor and knowledge that support the culture and values of the business

• Maintain a clean and tidy work area

• Follow health and safety guidelines

• Follow Foster Street’s operational policies and procedures

• Interact with customers regularly and professionally

• Maintain regular and punctual attendance

• Assist in training new team members

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Ability to perform many different tasks within the café during each shift
